Kanban Construction
Kanban Construction was created between 2 best friends of 35 years David and Tommy.
The two them turned towards complete opposite directions of career paths.
Tommy gravitated towards general contracting with a focus on client interactive sales and residential construction. David was called to technology, where he earned his degree in engineering and focused on building digital solutions to business opportunities.
Over a span of 20+ years David became a leader in technology in the digital space and Tommy built an extensive breadth of knowledge in the construction space. Though both were very successful in their own field, together they felt they could accomplish more by combining the experiences gained through their individual journeys.
Their creed is simple. With such a demand for services with a true customer service or an “Amazon experience” in an ever-expanding time of change and options, it's hard to decide which technologies and solutions will truly optimize the industry. This is especially true in an environment where those leading the industry do not have the skillset to truly evaluate software and solutions. Therefore, "The digital balance between innovation and renovation," fits in today's need for meticulous project management with a simple understanding by both consumer and contractor all too well.
